ENERGY HEALING

I’m an intuitive healer, seer, and empath, born and raised on Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi.

I used to live life in the fast lane—fun but demanding globe trotting job, nonstop deadlines—until burnout (and a health scare) changed everything. I had to learn how to slow down and create the balance in life I needed in order to show up more for myself and my son. Not to mention doing this while going through a very intense and spontaneous Kundalini Awakening.

When I’m not helping people with their lives, homes or businesses, you’ll probably find me swimming in the ocean, loudly cheering at my son’s volleyball tournaments (yes, I’m that mom), deep in a Netflix binge, or laughing over a cup of coffee with my friends.
