I’m an intuitive healer, seer, and empath, born and raised on Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi.

For years, my life moved at a relentless pace. I was constantly on planes, juggling deadlines, and chasing the next project—until one day, my body had enough. Burnout, followed by a health scare, brought everything to a halt and forced me to look at the life I was living. Slowing down wasn’t easy, but it became one of the most important lessons of my life. In learning to create balance, I found new ways to show up for myself and my son. And in the midst of it all, I experienced an intense and spontaneous Kundalini Awakening—one that reshaped how I understood energy, healing, and what it truly means to live in alignment. This experience became the foundation for my work today.

When I’m not helping people with their lives, homes or businesses, you’ll probably find me swimming in the ocean, loudly cheering at my son’s volleyball tournaments (yes, I’m that mom), deep in a Netflix binge, or laughing over a cup of coffee with my friends.
